How the Fusion Health & Safety Platform works
We have created a bespoke health and safety platform which allows all employees to have instantaneous access to all of their relevant documentation, remotely on their person on a mobile application.
An administrator or manager uploads an employee’s certificates, health and safety documents, plant information and risk assessments onto the platform. Tagging relevant users adds the document to the user’s personal profile on the app and grants them access.
Our solution reduces time wasted, enhances employee engagement, improves customer satisfaction and is better for the environment. It eradicates the need to hold lots of paper (which can be misplaced or lost) and ensures every employee has the right documents on them at all times.
Tagging a user to a document in the dashboard will allow them to access this document instantly. They'll even be informed with a push notification.

Nearest A&E Locator
The app will allow your employees to quickly and easily locate the closest A&E based on their current GPS location, in the unlikely case it's required.
Real Time Weather Warnings
With integrated weather feeds, the Fusion app will provide your team with push notifications to inform them of current and upcoming weather conditions.
Customise and Manage User Profiles
Allow your team to upload avatars of themselves and snooze notifications in scenarios that don't allow for the use of smartphones.
Add & Manage Team
The Management Dashboard is a web-based application, that will allow Administrators to add different user types: Employees, Managers and other Admins.
Create User Groups
Add users into specific groups based on their geographical location, department, or project team.
Upload Documents & Tag Users
Upload documentation, categorise them and remotely assign or ‘tag’ users to the documents. This will automatically share access with users on their mobile app.
Simply click ‘Enable Document Verification’, and all tagged users will receive a notification requesting them to sign the document. Once a user has completed the verification in the app the Admin will automatically be notified.
Set-up Expiry Dates
Set expiry dates for each document and receive automated alerts to remind you to update or change the document within 30 days of it expiry.
